“I tried other demineralized water but 2 of my purist machines broke. The only water that works and doesn't break the machine is yours. It costs more to ship than purchase. That needs to be fixed”

“My mask was all bent and crooked when the box arrived. There was no way to straighten it. I called and a new mask was sent out. That one was crooked too. It's hard to get the machine to work properly if the mask doesn't fit. I used it a few times. Was not impressed and haven't used it since.”
