“I suffer from allergies & chronic bronchitis. This steamer is THE BEST thing to help with that nasty couch & nasal drainage I ever invested in. With it being cordless, I am motivated to use it alot more often than those steamers you have to plug in. I can read or watch TV (or internet surf) while steaming. Super easy to fill with their waters & super easy to charge. I don't worry about alot of cleaning or having to sterile since it has the automatic feature. How easy is THAT?! The sound while steaming doesn't wake up my hubby in the bedroom either. Like I said, this is the BEST item I ever bought. I even take it to my doctor visits so I can show them because they really want me to steam as often as I can to help with my "ailments". And it REALLY helps, especially with my cough.”
“The last three mypurmist free replacements have been awful. Two did not work at all and the one I am using is not working like my other ones did. I can only get it to work for about 15 minutes and then it shuts down. Battery does not seem to hold a charge. I have to recharge every day now.
Never know if it going to put out steam or not. Very frustrating.”

“One did not work at all, the second one I am struggling with. I needed to charge 4-6 hrs and runs for only about 15 minutes on a charge. I need to recharge every day. The second time I used it, it put out very little steam. It makes a strange noise off and on. We will see how long it lasts. Very disappointing.”

“My first mypurmist leaked. I contacted warranty folks and had a replacement unit shipped within a few days. Excellent service and response. Kimberley, the representative, was great.
As far as the mypurmist. I have very sensitive nasal membranes. The first time I used the unit I experienced discomfort from the heat. I now apply Ayr (to coat my nostrils) before using and it has made all the difference. The unit works great and I get great results.”
