“I purchased a unit in 2022 and had problem with the unit. I emailed the customer service, after providing everything they asked( receipt etc) A new unit was sent to be immediately.
I am very pleased with the quality service provided to me. Will recommend anyone to buy one since it is very convenient to use. It is somewhat an expensive piece of device but knowing that it has good quality control and good customer support, it is worth it.
