“I used my first MyPurMist so much in 10 years that I eventually had to get another one. It has literally saved my life countless times. Sice I can't take allergy medicine or NSAID's it is a life saver!!”
“MyPurMist is just OK. I find that it doesn't hold much water and the water runs out before I would like to be done steaming. I was hoping that I would be able to travel with this, but the amount of distilled water I would have to travel with is just too much. I will have to find another solution for traveling.”

Your feedback is valuable, and we continuously work to improve our products based on customer experiences. While our device is designed for effective steam delivery, we acknowledge that some users may find the water reservoir limited for longer sessions.
It does appear you have ordered the Classic handheld plug-in model. As you know, you are limited to movement with this model as it has be plugged into an outlet in order to operate. However, you may want to consider the Mypurmist Free cordless model which gives you the ability to not only move freely (cordless), but you can travel with it (even on a airplane)!

“Bought this for my elderly mom for her frequent nasal congestion and it works just as advertised. Easy to set up and control, even for someone who doesn't have a lot of patience to learn new gadgets. I bought the first generation because I wanted it to be easy to refill with our own store bought distilled water rather than ordering the prefilled ampules *Note to buyers: the newer (cordless) version appears to be only refillable with the tipped ampules that you have to order. So the pro's and cons is an individual preference. If you really want cordless than go with the second version. Otherwise, this is a great purchase!”

“I’m a lead vocalist and I have issues with allergies which causes post nasal drip and a build up of mucus on my vocal cords. This also causes me to often cough and clear my throat which puts strain on my vocal cords causing my voice to be hoarse.
