“The product is great, and I appreciate the glass jars in the regular sizes. However, for travel, glass is HEAVY to pack! Can you come up with an alternate material for the travel sizes? Something lightweight AND sustainable would be great!”

While glass is a great option for preserving product quality, we completely understand that glass can be a bit heavy for travel, and we’re always striving to balance sustainability with practicality. While we don’t have an alternative just yet, rest assured that we are actively working on it and hope to offer a solution in the near future. In the meantime, if you’re looking for more portability, some customers have found decanting into lighter containers to be a helpful option. Our Nourish Active Barrier Cream has a cloudlike texture and is formulated to absorb easily and help the skin look plump and healthy. In case it’s helpful, I’d love to help troubleshoot your routine, just to ensure you get the most out of our skincare. We recommend applying our skincare in order from thinnest to thickest, like this: 1) Cleanser, 2) Serum, 3) Eye Cream, 4) Face Cream, and 5) Face Oil. Before applying Nourish, it’s important to allow any products you’ve already applied to fully absorb. It’s also helpful to massage Nourish onto your face, neck, and decolletage in upward strokes, which can promote absorption. Once Nourish is fully absorbed (most customers find this typically takes about 3-4 minutes), continue with your routine. All that said, I also see you have ordered Restore Ultra-Rich Night Cream in the past. While this is typically applied at night, it’s perfectly fine to apply Restore in the daytime as well if you find that it better suits your skin.
