Hi Diane! 👋 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’ll certainly share this with our team. I’d love to help troubleshoot your routine to help you get the most out of your skincare. First, I’d recommend trying Nourish and Detox separately so you can see which product is best suited to your skin. I’d suggest trying Detox by itself first just because this is one of our most lightweight and gentle products. While all of our skincare is formulated with kind-to-skin, naturally-derived plant botanicals, Nourish does contain some potent ingredients designed to help skin look strong and plump. Next, we recommend using our skincare from thinnest to thickest, in this order: 1) Cleanser, 2) Serum, 3) Eye Cream, 4) Face Cream, 5) Face Oil. For your skin, try skipping step 4 and see how that works. Once you have a sense for that routine, if you’re still having issues, you can try Nourish by itself (without Detox). One other note is that we recommend letting your serums and creams fully absorb in between steps. I hope this helps.
