“I think the products are great, I have been using the products for some time now and everyone can see a difference.
I am disappointed in the packaging as it isn't that user friendly for the serum products, you can't get any product you have to F*** around with it.
I want to refill my products oils specifically, as I travel a lot and the tips don't last and break, when you contact support they just say to buy more travel sizes. I wish this company would look at reusable products and realise how much waste from glass jars are.
I have looked at alternative companies because I can't be bothered wasting time stuffing around with applicators so I will see how I go.”
