“I’ve been using these products for some months now and all was going well until recently my skin started to become dry and flakey. I haven’t changed my routine but am taking a break from Naked and Thriving as from today and using Lance instead. We’ll see what the result is in a week or so I imagine.
Also, the bottles break very easily. I have had two breakages recently when travelling. Have had to replenish a full sized Fat Oil and and a full size Illuminate serum, quite costly.”

“I’ve ordered & used these products for years & I love them! Imagine my surprise when I opened the Protect serum & the bottle was empty! I’ve reached out to N&T with a full explanation of what happened. The response was slow & inadequate as it seemed that Carlos didn’t read or understand my email since he gave me a lesson on the viscosity of the serum, the “fill line” of the bottles & a handy guide on how to squeeze the dropper. So condescending. I replied to the email again with photos yesterday. First contact was 4 days ago. I’ve had issues before, the last was promptly & cheerfully dealt with by Zarah. So this is not my previous positive experience. I hope it’s not a trend.”
