“I read all the reviews and decided to try it at the price tag because it was all great reviews but I find that the eye cream does not glide on smoothly at all, it kind of streaks on and stays that way unless I rub it back and forth. I dont even know if the product got evenly around the eye area because of the rubbing. I even tried to dab it on but it just sits there. I also dont find it to be moisturizing at all.”
