“I have used this eye cream for about 2 or 3 years now. I’m disappointed in the new formula, it is thick and hard to apply, it doesn’t absorb well into the skin. I see it on my skin long after applying it, dried out. The old formula was fabulous, but this isn’t going to cut it unfortunately. I see this happen all the time with supposed improvements. Sigh”
“Not impressed. I have been using for nearly 2 weeks and nothing has changed. It's not firming and not moisturising. I have had to use additional products.
Very disappointed as there is so much hype about these products. Won't buy again.

“I had a little retinol incident with a different brand of cream. The skin under my eyes was dry and flaky. Made me look so old! I am on day 2 of using this product. My under eyes are no longer dry and flaky, after trying everything! If i could give this stuff more stars I would!”
