“I bought this product based on an Instagram ad and immediately had buyers remorse. I am writing this purely based on customer service and not the product.
I accidentally entered an h before my gmail, so @hmail.com and had to consult customer service. My message was not received for 7 days. So I believed I had been scammed and accepted the expensive consequences of following Instagram ad’s. My package arrived shortly before my response from customer service that perhaps i entered my email incorrectly for confirmation emails and tracking info. This is true. However, I am truly writing this review because I just received 18 consecutive emails from the same company asking me to review the one single product I purchased with the incorrect email address.
The disparity of awareness for true customer service compared to the focus that has clearly been placed upon promoting the product is
