“I called about my first Prevent Antii-aging Face Oil because the bottle didn’t close properly. It just spun round and round. I traveled on a plane before I knew this and the oil went all over one of my dresses in the suitcase so I was not happy nor pleased nor was the dress.”
Hi! 👋 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, and I am sorry to hear that this happened. Occasionally, residue will dry on the opening of the bottle, causing the top to resist opening. In this case, we typically recommend putting the opening of the bottle under warm water in attempt to loosen up any of the residue. From here, I recommend pulling the cap off instead of twisting it. I also recommend gently wiping the top of the bottle after each use to prevent residue from building up. “I decided to order the full size bottle and use the mini size bottle for when I travel. I cut down to 1-2 drops instead of three as I felt three drops was too much for my face to soak in. I also noticed the larger bottle has a slightly different scent not sure why and not sure I like the scent. I'm continuing to use it at night and I like the feel of my skin in the morning.”
