“I really do LOVE this product. The serum is light and makes my skin feel silky smooth. I would have given 5 stars just for the product, but unfortunately, I am not in love with the packaging of the majority of the products of Naked & Thriving. The glass packaging is heavy ( I travel extensively, and it is too heavy and bulky for travel. The travel sizes are too pricey and heavy as well.) Plus, I cannot visualize how much product is remaining in the container so that I might order more when I need it. I don't like subscriptions for anything. I would rather be in control when I order a product and not the other way around. My other observation would be that it is not clear what all the products are used for. Some of the products it is clear when to use and what order, but others, not so much.”

While glass is a great option for preserving product quality, we completely understand that glass can be a bit heavy for travel, and we’re always striving to balance sustainability with practicality. While we don’t have an alternative just yet, rest assured that we are actively working on it and hope to offer a solution in the near future. In the meantime, if you’re looking for more portability, some customers have found decanting into lighter containers to be a helpful option.
In terms of the bottles not being clear, I completely understand your point, and it was not a choice we made lightly. Just to share the thought behind making the bottles opaque, the reason we did it was that we did extensive stability testing of the serums and found that the ingredients can be sensitive to light. Over time, when exposed to light, the products could become less effective. In an effort to preserve the potency of the ingredients and increase the shelf life, we decided to make the bottles opaque. I realize this does not fix the issue you brought up, but I did just want to elaborate on the decision. We’re grateful for your input and hope to keep improving our products to meet your needs!
