I know how disappointing it can be to not see the results you were hoping for, and I’d like to share a few tips on how to get the most out of Renew. Because Renew Resurfacing Night Serum contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (which can be sensitizing), we recommend initially applying Renew twice per week and then gradually increasing from there. To maximize Renew’s benefits, you’ll want to be sure you’ve worked up to nighty use. It’s also important to apply skincare–Renew included–in the optimal order. We recommend using skincare from thinnest to thickest, in this order: 1) Cleanser, 2) Serum, 3) Eye Cream, 4) Face Cream, 5) Face Oil. After cleansing and while your skin is still slightly damp, apply Renew and allow it to absorb for 2-3 minutes.
For concerns related to the appearance of dark spots and uneven tone, you may also be interested in Illuminate BC+ Brightening Serum and Detox Balancing Face Oil. In a 4-week independent clinical study of 31 Illuminate users, 84% showed improvement in visible skin brightness and luminance, although individual results can vary.
