I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday about 2 weeks before the date, and the item arrived over a week after her birthday.
The Customer Service responded timely within about 2 days from my enquiries, mentioning this was an issue with the transport company.
After repetitive requests to provide a solution to get the Serum by the birthday date, Customer Service was stubborn in repeating they cannot do anything until the product is delivered.
How about sending another one on fast shipping method?
Or course that would involve being out of pocket for this order, instead, you saved your money Mr N&T boss, but you've lost a customer forever, gained a bad review and word spread of your poorly managed situation.
