Hi Emma! 👋 Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with Renew Resurfacing Night Serum. I know how disappointing it can be to not see the results you were hoping for, and I’d like to share a few tips on how to get the most out of Renew. Because Renew Resurfacing Night Serum contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (which can be sensitizing), we recommend initially applying Renew twice per week and then gradually increasing from there to give your skin a chance to adjust. AHAs can also increase sun sensitivity–as mentioned on the box–so be sure to apply SPF, limit sun exposure, and use Renew in the evenings. It’s also important to apply skincare–Renew included–in the optimal order. We recommend using skincare from thinnest to thickest, in this order: 1) Cleanser, 2) Serum, 3) Eye Cream, 4) Face Cream, 5) Face Oil. After cleansing and while your skin is still slightly damp, apply Renew and allow it to absorb for 2-3 minutes. I hope this helps! All of our skincare is formulated without any synthetic ingredients, meaning that none of our skincare products contain added fragrances. The scent in Renew comes from naturally-derived ingredients (like Hyaluronic Acid, Kakadu Plum, and Lemon) and fades within a few seconds after application.
