“Well… don’t really understand what happened. My last name is 10 letters long. I checked to make sure I spelled it correctly before submitting. On the labels for three children, only the first three letters appeared. I’ve ordered from this company before and haven’t had this issue. Wasn’t worth sending it back due to the nature of the product and the fact that camp had already started. May explore other labeling companies next year sadly.”
“I absolutely loved the style and was perfect for camp for my daughter. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because a few of the labels fell off. We followed directions careful. Each label set for 24 hours (more like 30hrs) and went on the clothing tag. So I'm not sure what the issue was. But she loves them!”
