A qualtiy course taught by an experienced educator. Having learned CPR many years ago in high school, I was long overdue for a refresher. Trey instructed us on the proper steps for accessing a situation along with the latest methods for providing CPR in a clear and easy to follow format. Knowing what to do should someone fall under duress, suffer a choking incident or be in need of difibrulation is so important, because every minute counts during an emergency. After this CPR & AED class, I feel confident in my knowledge and abilities to assess and render aid to those in need.

We were impressed by the class and grateful for all the hands on practice.

The CPR and AED class was concise & covered all the important points. An advantage to take it there on campus while already there for SOLO WFA.

Instructors (Randy and Katy) were accommodating. They listened to student's questions and answered thoroughly. Details were great. I stayed at Basecamp and it provided me the necessary environment to study. The Facility was clean. The Class was conducive to study along with the scenarios to exercise the knowledge.

The facility (both the classrooms and the Dogwood Motel) were very clean. The instructors, Hank and Grace, were friendly, knowledgeable and very funny. They kept the content very engaging and did a fantastic job teaching and answering all questions. There made our SOLO/NOC experience many levels above our past experiences taking courses with NOLS. It was a great experience all around. Will definitely return to NOC with SOLO for my future recertifications.

Great experience taking the SOLO Wilderness Medicine course for Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Taught by Grace who did a fantastic job. Nice outdoor setting even though it was in the city.
