“Class was informative and to the point but the instructor was not open to feedback or other interpretations of the lession. She was not willing to answer participant questions if they were not "by the book". Many times she would say "i will not answer that that is out of my scope of practice". It was very discourgaing as an instructor myself to hear the instructor not want to educate the participants to the best they could. Other participnats started to ask me questions after they discovered I was usuing this class a recert since she would not answer them.”
