“Our scouting BSA Troop 38 had so much fun. The full day on the river was totally worth the price of admission. We surfed the rapids, did class 3's and 4's, had time to learn a bit about rafting and rope rescues, got to float along outside the boats and safely jumped off a rock into deep water. Plus lunch was tasty and everyone was satisfied with the options. The guides made the trip for us. Ryan and crew were professional, personable and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. Obviously customer service is something that is stressed by NOC.”

“We had a great time. Lunch was tasty. The scenery spectacular. Loved that our trip started off with class 2 rapids and had a couple of class 4s toward the end. We will do this again.”

“Super fun day spent with old friends and new friends. Totally safe and as easy or difficult as you want it to be! Plan to get wet or go for a swim, enjoy a great picnic without any of the work or planning. Lots of laughter, ohhhs and ahhhs with great teamwork as other rafters bump your raft to get unstuck... and even the fun of loading up at the end of the day! Our guide was amazing and made this full-day trip down the French Broad a most wonderful day!”

“This was an amazing trip. It was our first trip down the broad and our guides(Leigh and Tucker) were beyond amazing. I would highly suggest this trip to anyone looking for a whitewater adventure.”
