“We thoroughly enjoyed our rafting trip. We had Big Joe as our guide (by request) for our trip. We rafted with him last year and wanted to do it again. He makes the trip so much fun. His knowledge of the area trees and plants and the history is enjoyable to listen to. The ladies in the reservation center made sure that we were able to raft with him by calling us back when they knew when Joe would be working. All in all, we were very pleased with our second experience with Nantahala Outdoor Center and would highly recommend an adventure with them.”

“This was a really great experience! Heart throbbing, yet comfortable for a couple of old geezers. The staff is absolutely the best. Definitely recommend for any age.”
