“My husband and I went whitewater rafting (It was the first time for both of us) with NOC and it was a great experience!! Our raft guide, Fish, was AWESOME!! He kept all of us engaged, laughing, and SOAKED equally! We are already talking about the next trip to NOC and the activities we will do. Great campus with food and shopping. We bought our tickets online and had great communication throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend NOC for your next outdoor adventure!”

“Our family went whitewater rafting down the Nantahala River with Ellie as our guide. We had so much fun!! Even our youngest, who was very hesitant at first, had a blast!! The trip was three hours, but went by so fast. Our guide was amazing!! We highly recommend doing this fun adventure!!”

“Excellent facility! The organization was superb. From check in, to education, to ending our trip on the river, everything was well prepared and easy to maneuver. Our group consisted of a first time rafter to veteran rafters, and everyone had a great time. Our guide, Sam, was a natural! He was competent, gave us lots of info on the river and area as we navigated down the river, he even took us surfing! We will definitely be back, since we didn't have enough time to enjoy the multitude of activities they offer in addition to rafting. Thank you NOC, we came, we conquered, we bought the T-shirt!”

“NOC does a solid job in terms of logistics, training and the overall experience. Where they shined the brightest was their Guides. All were friendly and upbeat. Tanner guided us down the river and was truly exceptional! He made a good experience great!”

“We rafted last year with Jess and this year with Lee - excellent experienced guides who know how to make the trip just scary enough. We love going to the NOC - such a good vibe all around. For both of our trips, we got the whole raft for our group - which is nice because then you know everyone you are with. Would not raft the Nantahala with anyone else.”
