“We thoroughly enjoyed our rafting trip with Big Joe as our guide. He made it fun and we were able to do some things that the other 7 rafts in our group did not get to do. One was Rapid Roulette where we spun around in circles while going through the rapid. It was great. I‚Äôd highly recommend a rafting trip with Big Joe!”

“Six family members and I rafted down the Nantahala river this past 4th of July holiday, 2018. Our guide's name was Porter, and he did an excellent job of keeping us safe while ensuring we were having fun (and getting wet too!). The NOC does a great job of ensuring everyone is aware of the risks involved prior to getting on the raft, then the guides remind you of emergency procedures during your trip. Half-way thru our adventure, we had to leave the water due to a tree blocking the river. Once the threat was removed, we continued downstream. The NOC guides handled it well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fun, safe ride!”
