“Jack was a great tour guide! He explained everything from what to expect with the Rapids. Being from Florida, he told us about all the different kinds of palm trees we were seeing on the river. Ha! We had all the confidence in him and we are so glad we came here.”

“The staff is great, the river is beautiful and they have the system down to a science. We went on the 8 mile beginner course and had a great time until the very end. Apparently our idea of a beginner course is a little different than NOC‚Äôs rating system. We never would expect a class three waterfall to be part of the course and I wish this was more clearly described or explained before we purchased our tickets. They are prepared for rafters going over board with various ways to catch the rider and return them to shore or a boat safely. Having said that, our ten year old son being tossed out of the boat when we took a rock the wrong way ruined a great experience for him. He was hesitant to go when we planned the trip, excited about his next WW adventure halfway through and never plans to go again after his experience. We learned later that multiple people went overboard at the same location. Please update your description or have your staff clearly explain the difficulty level when people purchase tickets in the future to prevent another family having an experience similar to ours.”

“My children, sister and nephew went on this trip in July 2019. We had the best guide ever, Spencer!! Not only did he make the trip fun for the kids by doing 360's in the boat, but he also shared so much history about the area and the river that the adults loved it too!!! Perfect for beginners!!”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip with our awesome guide Terry. He made it fun and helped us learn the river, pointing out natural and historical features. Terry jumped into action to assist a kayaker and we were able to help out as well. Great place, good equipment, all staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back (with Terry of course!)”

“I can’t say how happy my family was with this trip. My wife and I were part of a group that did this trip and NOC made our day. Coming down from the city to raft with these folks was one of the biggest highlight of our trip. The guides we had were amazing and very knowledgeable about the river. My wife and I will be coming back and when we do NOC will be our choice no matter what river we choose. Dyer’s love NOC.”
