“The River Rafting and mountain biking trips were outstanding. We had great guides and an upbeat trip down the rapids. Everything was provided and the guides were helpful with any questions. The bike guides were very available and made sure we had everything we needed before they left us to the trail. It is not a trail for any biker under 16, as it is very challenging and takes patience and skill to maneuver the Flint trail. But the informative bike guides made us all feel comfortable in being prepared for the trail. Again, I would not recommend it for anyone under 16 for the maturity to understand the danger of the thin trail and steep sides. Totally a high point of our time in N.C.”

“We had a great time with Jim as our guide. The scenery is gorgeous, and while the white water doesn't fill the entire float, the rapid moments are fun and perfect for first-timers. While Swim Jim may be his nickname, we were never at risk of being dumped involuntarily. We did take a dip to freeze our butts off for a bit during a slow stretch, though.”

“This was by far the highlight of our vacation! Our guide was fantastic very knowledgeable about the area and a lot of fun! I highly recommend taking a rafting ride down the river with the NOC!”
