“I had an amazing time kayaking the Nantahala this weekend! The NOC ensured a smooth and safe experience, despite it being my first time kayaking whitewater. Although I anticipated falling in, my duckie, instructors, and luck kept me afloat. I created fantastic memories with great company and eagerly look forward to repeating the adventure! Still in shock I got pac-manned on the falls one the 2nd day and didn't swim! The NOC accommodated me and my friends in their private boats, so greatly appreciated!!! Everyone is friendly and helpful! #nantahalaoutdoorcenter”

“Everything was so well done, except the weather! NOC was very welcoming and helpful. I liked the info film we were shown before we put in and everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to work with in terms of getting signed up and then everything it took to get us on the river. 5-star outfit!!”

“We did a self-guided double duckie float which was challenging but just beautiful. The checkin was easy and any questions we had were answered in a friendly manner. We did have to stop at the NOC store to make sure where to go and that was met by irritation from the young woman at the register. Simply because she gets “asked this all the time.” Not the greatest experience there but overall, everyone else was fantastic.”
