“We went it alone but the guide with another couple went out of his way to educate us about the river and gave VERY sage advice how to approach the rapids. Should know that ducky trip VERY different than the big rafts, challenging and exciting! Sign up/ reservations/ people at the desk nice and easy and pleasant .”

“I have been down the river with a guide on a raft. I was nervous to try a ducky, but several people were on duckies and rafts without guides. I didn’t like the double ducky, as 1 person has to act as the rudder. Next time I would stick with a single ducky. The reservation process was smooth, staff friendly, equipment top notch. After our trip we ate at an on-site restaurant by the river.”

“The staff started with a safety video and then went on to a demonstration. Everyone got a life vest and was checked for proper fitting. Helmets were available if you wanted one. After a short bus ride we carried our ducky to the water and away we went. The water is clean and cold. Experienced kayakers helped us out when we got stuck on the rocks. Beautiful scenery with a small fall at the end. We had lunch at the indoors restaurant which was really good. We will definitely be doing this again if we're in the area.”
