“It started raining hard and the people in the office called us. They told us to stay where we was at and someone who come get us. We were literally on the side of the river . After 30 minutes past, we decided to start walking down the river. We waited for someone to come get us for almost 2 hours ! Finally, we found the people to take us back. The white guy was the nicest one and understood why we were upset. Other than that, I won’t go back because the people in the office was rude.”

“There were six of us and we had a blast!!!! The water rushes fast enough to give you a little rush from time to time, yet lazy enough to allow you to enjoy and relax! Just a thought, the current at the put in at Powers Island is very fast. Tie your tubes together before you get in the water! Get everyone lined up and ready to jump in. I think it would help if there were some posts to hang on to while you are getting in. And, if you have diminished upper body strength, wear that life jacket until you get comfortable! If you fall out of your tube, it may be difficult to get back in!! Just suggestions! :)”

“It was our first time ever and the staff was awesome! Even they probably did this a million or more times they took the time to explain things and set us up for success! Will definitely come again and this time kayak!”
