“Room - Loved all the wood paneling, hearing the river from our balcony, clean bathrooms, meeting people and learning about their story in the community living area. Food - Wesser Burger at Big Wesser Restaurant while watching kayaking and listening to music in the open air is awesome! Loved meeting and appreciating all the hikers, cyclists, climbers, and paddlers!”

“I had a very pleasant stay at the Dogwood, my room was just a few feet above the Appalachian trail. Very clean accommodations. Will definitely stay at the Dogwood again.”

“The twin room was enough room for one or two people, although I was surprised that there were bunk beds. The bathroom and shower rooms were quite clean. It was a quiet area with no disturbances for sleeping.”

“Perfect place to stay after 3 days on the AT. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Huge shout out to housekeeping crew that found our boots on the balcony and the staff that mailed them back to us! Will definitely stay here again.”

“Comfortable room but difficult to get on top bunk. Also, for the price, a small amount of laundry detergent and coffee cups! should be provided.”
