“On your website it says Click and Collect orders can be held for 28 days (see attached screenshot). On the phone and in store when I collected the item it was made very clear to me by North Lakes store staff members that I should have collected the item the day I received the phone call that it was ready. It was insinuated that they were doing me a favour by holding my item until I could collect it 5 days after ordering and not to do it again. Either your website needs to be updated or your staff members need to be made aware of your current click and collect policy. I live a long distance from the store and only travel to North Lakes irregularly - I made the click and collect order on the basis of the online information that I had 28 days to collect but felt pressured by staff members to collect early. If click n collect orders do need to be collected within 1 day I won’t be able to use this service in the future.”
