The formula is not fully matte, there is a bit of a sheen to it but no sparkles or glitters. There are beautiful shades available in warm and cool tones. “I received these lipsticks as part of REVIEW/crew and have been loving them ever since. I’ve been wearing 888 which is a beautiful warm-tones red with hints of rust and 213 which is a fiery bright orange. They’re both very pigmented and have great coverage with just one swipe. The bullet is slim and slanted, making it really easy to apply this lipstick precisely. I found I didn’t need a lip liner which was great!
These are so lightweight, they almost feel like I’ve got nothing on my lips. They’re long wearing without being drying. I found they wore down very well, the colour faded without clinging to dry patches or looking splotchy. I didn’t notice and bleeding or smearing despite how moisturising the lipstick was. My lips didn’t feel dry. There are a ton of colours to cater to a wide range of undertones and skin tones. I would totally recommend this lipstick!”
“I have these colours: 206, 207 & 216. These are super smooth and easy to apply. I love how the tips of the lipstick is angled shaped, for easy application when you’re applying out of home, but the Napoleon Perdis lip brush also makes it easy to apply this lipsticks, not clumpy and super moisturising!
I am super happy with my colour choices. Super comfortable wear, my lips have always been dry but this lipstick helps! Only if they would last me 24hr wear I would be more than happy.

“Thank you Beautycrew and Napoleon Perdis for the opportunity to attend the masterclass and try the Napoleon Perdis Colour Cult Creme Lipsticks. I learnt some great tips on how to make my small lips appear fuller and have been using them since.
I love the Napoleon Perdis Colour Cult Creme Lipsticks (I have it in 3 shades - 206, 207 and 209) and all 3 of them are beautiful nudes which compliment my skin tone.
How I use the lipsticks:
I have dry lips, so I first prep them by using a lip balm and exfoliate them gently using a soft bristled toothbrush. Post exfoliation, I apply the Napoleon Perdis Skin Guardian lip balm which has SPF and doesn't taste bad at all (I still don't recommend eating it). I then apply my lipstick so that it goes on smooth.
With these lipsticks, I can skip the liner as these are very pigmented and they are so buttery smooth, the lipstick bullet just glides seamlessly on the lips and deposits the optimal amount of product, I don't have to go over my lips multiple times, one swipe in a direction is enough to get the gorgeous colour which effectively covers my pigmented lips. After application, the lipstick feels extremely soft on the lips and has a satin finish which I love. It stays for a long time (stayed for 4-5 hours on my lips even after light eating and drinking) however it is not transfer proof which is expected from a creme lipstick.
I found that these lipsticks were very comfortable to wear and looked great and I will certainly repurchase more shades from the range.”
“I am in love with Napoleon Perdis colour cult crème lipstick! There are 18 colour cult lipstick shade and Shade 213 is absolutely divine !! It’s vibrant and luscious on my lips! It makes your face POP! Somehow, I feel it makes my teeth look whiter when I smile which is a plus! The lipstick has a luxurious package so it looks great when you pull it out to reapply, the formula is so amazing that the lipstick glides on silky smooth without drying your lips! “It's no surprise the team at Napoleon Perdis have called this colour cult because it has fast become a cult classic in my makeup routine! I have been using shades 217 (red) and 209 (pinky nude) and I adore both. The formula is super pigmented and moisturising and applies easily without the need for lipliner. The products staying power is unmatched and lasts hours even when eating and drinking. I love that the product doesn't smudge after applied and doesn't require constant reapplication. I am super time pore and lazy with reapplication so this product suits me perfectly!
