“I do really love these stools but the piece that holds the screw that allows you to adjust uneven floors keeps breaking and there are no spare parts to order. Nathan James has sent out a replacement chair twice, which is very appreciated but unfortunatly does not solve the problem. Nobody in my houshold is even close to the 275lbs the chair is rated for.”
