“I was given three stools for christmas and one of the stools had an issue with a part not being cut to the correct length in the factory. I took some photos and emailed support with them and and explianation of what was going on as well as the part number and item. They replyed back within 2 business days and and had a few questions. Once I answered those as best I could I got an email and a shiping notice of the replacement on its way. Once it arrived I was able to setup the third stool with no issues at all. Support was quick, prompt, and friendly. Thanks for your help Ray...”

“This is a very comfortable stool. The cushion is supportive and the "leather" is soft and supple. They were easy to assemble. The dimensions work perfectly with our counter.”
