“I received the incorrect stools. Has not been rectified yet in over two weeks since delivery through customer chat or email. I only received one response to why I only received 2 chairs instead of 3.”

“Ordered 2 stools before Christmas for extra seating at the breakfast bar. There was a small issue with one of the stools we received. I emailed the Company (with a photo) and got a response within 30 min. The issue was resolved that day and we received a new stool within a week. Above & beyond Customer Service! The rep stayed in contact until we were satisfied. Would definitely purchase from this Company again. Very happy with our purchase.”
