“These barstools are great! Simple design and high quality. I bought three of a similar barstool (Same design but without the cushion top) and have loved them. Except one of the stools didn’t spin properly. I called customer service ONE YEAR after I purchased them just to see if by chance they had the part I needed to get my stool spinning properly. Turns out the barstool I purchased was discontinued but Devy let me know that they could send me this barstool since it is the same design so that I could get the replacement parts I needed. Above and beyond customer service and I never pass up an opportunity to tell a friend about Nathan James.”

“We absolutely love our new Kitchen Bar Stools! We love how comfortable the cushion seats are and that they swivels - it makes them the perfect addition to our kitchen for house gatherings. We especially love that the stools are aestetically pleasing to look at! They definitely bring the whole kitchen together. We did run into an issue with one of the wood dowl foot rests. There was a natual wood knot in one of them, and on our first use, one of the foot rests snapped in half right where the wood knot was located. I contacted the Nathan James customer service, and they sent a replacement immediately due to the defective piece. It was our first ever purchase from Nathan James and so far, we love the quality of the furniture and love the customer service received on the defective piece - due to the wood grain, not necessary a production issue. Such a great experience! Already ordered 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, and the King Headboard since we purchased the bar stools. 100% recommend!”

“Easy to assemble, but will need a phillips head screwdriver. Love the wood color and seat is true oatmeal. Doesn’t easily swivel, but probably will over time”

“The barstool was Easy and quick to assemble because the directions were easy and Clear with Some humor here and there. FedEx on the other hand, had confusing communication: three packages on the way, one of three delivered, and a photo of two boxes on our trash cans.”
