“The are perfect counter stools for our recent kitchen update. We ordered 5 of these and there was a very minor imperfection with one, and customer service was amazing at resolving the issue. One of the best customer service experiences that I have had. Great work Nathan James!”

“The bar stools are great! Sturdy construction, good quality and look great. They’re not very comfortable to sit on but then again we don’t tend to sit on them for long periods of time so it’s not a big deal. I was impressed by the bar stools but even more impressed by Nathan James’ customer service. We had some issues with FedEx losing one of our 3 stools and they were so communicative/expedient throughout the entire process. Even though Nathan James’ wasn’t to blame at all for FedEx losing one of the stools they handled it so well AND send us a box of chocolates to thank us for being patient. WHAT?! Customer for life!!”

“Absolutely LOVE these stools! I’ve been searching for the perfect stools for 5 months for our new build and I saw these and completely fell in love. They are have enhanced our kitchen and the kids love them too!”

“Perfect counter height, fun and easy assembly, looks great, swivels… I might add sticky pads to the feet but otherwise no complaints! Would definitely recommend :)”

“We are VERY pleased with our purchase! We looked and looked and tried a different counter height stool with a back, and didn't like how it stuck out into the space as people walked by. We love the stool as it swivels and also can tuck under the counter and be out of the way when not in use.”
