“Ordered 4 of the Gracie Counter Height Stools in Flax/Brown from their Brand Partner stores. They're extremely easy to assemble, and everything was perfectly pre-drilled. The seat cushion was more on the firm side which we like. The fabric felt like a thick linen and wasn't scratchy. The stools are light weight and easy to move under the counter. FYI-- the wood is more of a "weathered wash", not smooth as pictured. Some of the the legs had dark stains, and I contacted Nathan James. Claire immediately offered a solution and made us a very satisfied and happy customer. The company's customer service is Top Notch! Will definitely buy this brand again. Received many compliments on them.”

“The Stools weren’t everything I was hoping for- reached out to customer service team and it was incredible- the experience was unmatched. I will be purchasing from Nathan James time and time again. They truly have attention to detail in their product and service- The Retail Industry should take notes from the team at Nathan James!”

“While searching for the perfect bar stools for my newly renovated kitchen, I stumbled across these beauties!! They were out of stock but I loved the look (and price!) so much that I decided to wait it out. So glad I did! They are perfect. Easy assembly, comfortable, and Nathan James customer service agents go above and beyond!”

“The barstools look very nice, and they were very easy to assemble however, they are very hard to sit on. Not much cushion support. My husband won’t even use them. He brought the old ones back out.”
