“So I have mixed feelings about this stool. I loved the look in the pictures they use as product photos but when I opened my order I thought they sent the wrong thing. The wood and material appear much darker in real life. In the photos I saw more of a lighter beachy wash but the stain is more Acacia. The fabric is not white, but oatmeal and appears brown in my setting. The seats are extremely firm. It’s comfy but not for sitting all day, which bar stools are not for, but still it’s not plush. The back of the seat comes up to to your lower back. I’m not sure I love them but I don’t hate them so I will test them out and see if they grow on me, or if I can decorate around them. The quality is great and customer service is top knotch. I wish I could add pics to show the difference in material color between these and the no back, swivel Amalia bar stools I got from Nathan James… those ones have much lighter material and more of what I imagined these ones having.”
