“Just received and assembled the furniture. Pros: - packed very well - quality of the cushions and frame metal is nice. (Metal welding is ground down and don’t show in the finish after paint). - no flaws or defects in the paint Cons: - the love seats are designed incorrectly. It should be one large bottom metal piece, instead it is two chairs held together by two 1” metal tabs. As a result the chair flexes under its own weight when you pick it up. This is minimized in the design by using four legs. So when you sit in the chair it won’t be an issue. But if you move the chair around you need to be careful or I would remove the brackets first and move each half separate. Perhaps this was intentional in the design to make moving the love seat as individual smaller lighter units. Do not move the assembled love seat as one because you run a risk of bending those small metal tabs and breaking the bolts. - cushions seem to soak in a lot of water. The low profile design of the chairs makes it hard to find chair covers that are not over sized. Would be nice if Nathan James made custom sized covers for the set.”
