“Desk showed up well packed, purchased some other pieces from Nathan James as well and all were of higher quality than some other similarly priced competitors pieces. This desk came with the wrong door hinges. We called and spoke to a great Cust. Serv. agent who sent new hinges...we fully expected to get the same (wrong) hinges again, and we were going to have to fab up a correction. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they sent the correct hinges!”
