I ordered this because of the great price. I had been looking for a bookcase/cabinet for the bedroom, but all the ones I liked were $200.00 and up, and the ladder bookcase was $79.99! So I placed the order. I assembled it in about 10 minutes. It was super easy and I did use anchors in the drywall. It looks amazing. It looks much more expensive than it's actual cost. I have placed an order for another one in white for my kitchen.

Very happy with the product and costumer service. We had an issue with the first order and it was immediately taken care of with such ease. They truly stand by their costumer satisfaction. And great quality with their products as well- I will definitely be making future purchases from here!

Drywall anchors provided are pretty small. The instructions tell you to drill a 1/4" hole for them, but that's _almost_ too big, and one of the anchors was pulled right out of the wall while I was screwing the shelf in. I definitely would not trust them with anything heavy or valuable, and I'm going to have to find replacement anchors that actually work with the 1/4" hole the instructions ask you to drill.
