“This ladder bookshelf was easy to assemble even for a 5”2, 94 lb seventy year old. The instructions were very clear, the parts clearly labeled and I had I’d ready to be attached to the wall in 35 minutes. My husband had no problem attaching it and used the parts provided. Everyone loves it.”

“Great shelving and excellent customer service from Nathan James. So glad I bought directly from them than via Amazon!!! There was a damaged shelf and without hesitation they sent a replacement bookshelf!! A two months later, I get a box of chocolate via FedEx from them with a beautiful note hoping that they had made things right for me!! This kind of customer service is rare. Check them out and buy without hesitation.”
