“Hi! I wanted to say thank you to the Nathan James team for such an amazing customer experience, & a beautiful & modern product! I ordered three of the Theo bookcases, & one of them was lost in transit. The Nathan James team responded right away, they kept in contact, & ultimately made sure I received the third bookcase. Today, they sent me chocolates!!!! Not only regular chocolates, but Godiva chocolates, which are legend in Portland, OR! Thank you so much!!! These folks have gone so far & beyond what I ever would have expected. I wish them the best, & Nathan James, all the success in the world!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Looks so chic in my house and a great product for the price. Love that is screws into the wall which is especially great if you have dogs and kiddos running around the house! Great quality and looks amazing!”
