“This bookcase is much better quality than I expected. Very heavy. Super easy and quick to assemble. I am very pleased. And even more pleased with the Nathan James customer service team. My original item was lost in transit and they were quick to respond, very communicative, and got a new item shipped in less than 24 hours. I will be ordering from this company again.”

“While measurements are as stated, these look or are a lot smaller in person than in the picture- I see now it's because they cut the ceiling off in the pictures...if you have tall ceilings- I would NOT get this height (5 shelves). They look small and poorly scaled. Go with 6 shelves if you have 9+ foot ceilings. Also- not happy I bought and now 3 weeks later the shelves are $30 less each and the 6shelf ones are literally $60 cheaper PER SHELF. So I am down $60 on the low side and $120 on the high side. Feeling totally ripped off honestly. VERY discouraging. The shelves are FINE...nothing to write home about on quality....seem kinda wiggly. Everyone sells these same shelves- so you could just get them wherever they are the least expensive as the quality here is not a standout. And not worth paying "more" at the regular/full price.”

Hi there, I appreciate your honesty here! You're correct, our 6-Shelf models would fit better in rooms with high ceilings. We also appreciate you purchasing and agree that one shouldn't be punished for purchasing 'too early' and thus missing out on varying promotions. I see the bookcase you purchased is currently only $10 cheaper than the original price. We went ahead and still match your stated difference of $30 for each bookcase and have refunded $60. It may take the banks the normal 3-5 business days to fully process the refund.
