“Ordered 3 of the cabinets to be used as a media center for my daughter’s new apartment. Arrived in 3 separate boxes, with one of them being gouged open in an area where the wood was scratched beneath the cardboard. Contacted customer service, and sent photos of the damage. Nathan James customer service emailed the next day that they were shipping a new replacement cabinet right away, and not to worry about shipping the gouged cabinet back to them. Talk about awesome service! Wow. Totally unexpected and very appreciated. Daughter loves the media center too!”

“I researched these cabinets extensively because it felt too good to be true - most cabinets this size/quality are 3x the price. I ended up buying two to use as bedside tables. Besides a bit of manual labor putting them together (like many reviews, I estimate it took my husband ~1 hour per cabinet and the trickiest part was door alignment), I can assure you there's no catch! I was also worried the light oak wood would look too "fake" or too yellow, but it looks great. If you're thinking about buying, I would complete the purchase today! I'm currently trying to find other places in my house that could benefit from another one of these. :)”
