How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“Mattress is very good. But the persons who delivered the mattress were very rude. They tried to force me to signed before they showed me the mattress. They refused and could match what they delivered was really what I ordered. They said when I hesitated to sign, that they would bring it back if I do not sign immediately. I recommend mattress company to write on the tag of mattresses the same product code/number as that in the order record of the customer in order for us to identify easily what is delivered is really what I ordered.”
