How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“This mattress is ok for the price. The two issues with it are that it says firm but it still feels a little soft to me. It’s also a warm mattress and doesn’t have any cooling gel so it can get hot at night.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“I have chronic back pain for years. After research and trying a few times, I was exited to buy this mattress and thought my pain is over. However the mattress I received was about the worst experience I ever had. First night I had about 3 hrs sleep. Ok I thought, my body has to get used to it. It’s now 3 weeks and it’s still the same so I’m back on the couch for sleeping. The mattress I received is not like the one I did try in store. Instead 12” it’s only 10” and very hard. Now it’s supposed to be a warranty. I would rather say false advertising. Very big disappointment.”

“So far the mattress has been an improvement over our last one, and we've seen an improvement in the shoulder pain we were experiencing with our previous mattress.”
