“The customer service over the phone was wonderful. Very professional. When I went to the store to pick up the box spring I had purchased , it was set aside and ready for to be taken out with a smile.”

“The boxspring is total garbage. It is not a solid foundation in the least, it flexes in the middle sagging the mattress and knocks on the bed slats with the smallest of movements. We have tried to get help from the support department but we have been met with rude, condescending, crazy making. They claim that he product is as it should be. We are unable to return or exchange because it’s not in the original packaging, like there would be any chance of us leaving it in that dirty plastic. We are disappointed and will be forced to just eat the cost and purchase another product from another retailer. Please go to the store and check out the quality of their products before you buy.”
