How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I bought this mattress for my mom with a box spring. Mom likes a firm mattress and really finds this one supportive and comfortable. I liked the deals and took advantage of the mix and match box spring deal, the free delivery and purchased bed bug covers. The delivery went smoothly and I really appreciated doing business with National Mattress Outlet Plus. Just note there is a 12" in the same mattress, so if you don't need a box spring, this is one way of having a comfortable height on the mattress and saving the cost of the box spring.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“The mattress is very hard. It is so lightweight that it does not stay secure on top of box spring. It slides around. So annoying.”

“The mattress is comfortable. Unfortunately it is very light in weight. The fabric of the mattress and box spring are both slippery allowing the mattress to slide very easily. I had to put a no slip mat between the two to keep the mattress from sliding off.”
