How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“This is an excellent mattress. Soft yet firm in all the right places for a perfect medium-firm balance. It’s super quiet and sleeps two perfect. I can’t feel my partner moving around in the night. It also has great temperature control, I am warm when sleeping alone yet not too hot when sleeping with my partner.”

“Good mattress but more soft than firm and the coils dont stay firm for long causing more sinking into the bed.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I ordered a Simmons Hybrid mattress which was advertised as having "800 individually wrapped coils." What I received is a 100% foam mattress - no coils. When I realized this, I called to see if I had been shipped the wrong mattress, but did not get through. I sent an email asking if perhaps the wrong mattress had been shipped in error, but received no response. The mattress is an "ok" quality foam mattress, but that is not what I had ordered, and am very disappointed that I got no response answering my question about possible the wrong mattress being shipped to me.”
